"First Class Seat", May 2- 29, 2010
Nancy Czejkowski's solo exhibition: "First Class Seat" was featured at RealArt DeRidder Arts Cooperative in May of 2010.
An award winning artist, she is accomplished in pastel, charcoal, oil, arylic and pen and ink. Her goal in painting
is to transport the viewer to the various places throughout the world which she has visited, from the USA to Europe.
This show featured her travels through the Louisiana countryside, and the cities of New Orleans, Savannah and New York
City, the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina, the Amalfi Coast of Italy, Rome, and Florence, as well as locations in
Greece, Sicily and Turkey.

She has studied with New England artist, Gail Fields, Gerry Wubben and Anne Dentler of Lake Charles, Alan Flattmann of
New Orleans and Henry Blount of Alexandria. As a member of the ALA Gallery by the Lake, the Arts and Humanities Council
in Lake Charles, RAD in DeRidder, and the Lone Star Arts Guild of Houston, she receives inspiration as she learns and
works with the members of these organizations.

Born in New York City, raised in Connecticut from the age of 10, she was educated in New England and holds an Associate
Degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Mt. Ida College in Newton Centre, MA . She has been a resident of Moss Bluff,
Louisiana since 1979.
