I am a Louisiana native born in Winnsboro, Louisiana, now residing in DeRidder, Louisiana. After spending
10 years in the Army. I am married to a wonderful and supportive wife, Kelly, and we have 3 wonderful children
Josh, Brandon, and Hannah. I have been drawing and painting as far back as I can remember. It is all a gift from
God and has always been a passion of mine. I have had no official training in any type of art. I work mostly in
acrylics. I also paint with the airbrush on many different surfaces from shirts, canvas, to cars and motorcycles.
I have had some of my airbrush work published in an airbrush magazine "Airbrush Techniques". I have done mural
work in high school gyms and in different locations while in the Army. I enjoy doing several different styles of
painting, everything from landscape to loose portrait work. I like creating work with loose free movement in them.
I always look forward to learning something new every time I pick up a brush and paint. This is what is so great
about painting, you never stop learning. But I must say the best part of painting is to create a piece of art and
be able to see people really enjoy it and discuss their own interpretation of what the painting is about.
